If you pass th...That is actually not the last step. If you pass the oral assessment, you will get an immediate conditional offer. The conditions are that you pass a security clearance, medical clearance, and suitability review. Those things can take some time.<BR/><BR/>Once you pass all of those, you are placed on the register, rank ordered by your score and the day you finished the clearance process. So if you get and someone else both get a 5.7 and you get all your clearances finished a day before the other person, you will be ranked one step higher than that person. Then when they have classes, they go down the list, starting with the highest rank, and offer positions in the class.<BR/><BR/>Good luck with the process.
