Andy Mission Update

Andy's mission president maintains an active blog. The latest entry has an update mentioning Andy.
It's interesting that the President's wife shares Melody's birthday.

FTB: we began the Bessemer zone leadership training at 9:00 am in the Gardendale building adjacent to the Birmingham Alabama Temple. Elder Sommerfeldt conducted vehicle safety training before Elders Eden and Chow, two of our newest zone leaders, trained the zone.

The picture is from last weekend. Andy and his companion were transferred together back to the first area he served in. But it was within the same branch they had been working in. Andy did the confirmation on Sunday for this person who was baptised last Saturday.

I have spoken with Carla about the date for the reunion and we have decided that it would be best if we hold the reunion on August 6th as this is a date that Larry and his family will be here and Patti mentioned that it would probably work for her. As this is not a good time for Carla to be planning and getting things together, Josh and I will be in charge of all the planning this year. So please email/call (I won't post my phone number on here but I can get it to you in an email if needed) us with any questions:

As of right now, we are planning to hold the reunion in Brigham City. We felt  this would be best as (at least I think) Larry's family will be staying with Grandma and Grandpa and we would like Grandma and Grandpa to be doing the least amount of travel.

I really hope this helps. Please let me know as soon as possible if you have ANY problems with this AT ALL.

2011 Reunion Date: June 11

McGee family.. we will be having the reunion on June 11 in Springville. I do not have everyones email address, home address's, or facebook. I have not been able to find John and Julie's. Just to let everyone know we have decided to have the reunion the Sat. June 11. This will coincide with Spencer's farewell address. I hope everyone can make it, but if not I am sorry. I feel it is important for Spencer, Bob and Rachel, and it is a good time for me to pull it together. At this time we are tentatively planning to hold it in Springville at Adam and Betsy's clubhouse. It has a pool, sauna and two playgrounds. It is also the central location for those in Utah.
Let me know if you can plan to attend.
Thanks for being patient as we waited to see what happened with Spencer. I am excited to have the family together to celebrate two fantastic events in one weekend.
If anyone has address's of everyone I need to get a copy so I can send out invitations.

Happy Birthday

Today is Anna's 24th birthday and her new sister's 5th birthday. Anna couldn't join us as she's busy making news in Hawaii. For the rest of us we went out to dinner at Fresh Choice today with some friends and opened presents with our little Miss.

It was a nice event and casual enough for us with the new kids.
